Each day was packed full of learning about and seeing top-of-the-line Texas Hill Country Ranches and Ranchettes. We were so pleasantly surprised to visit and dine in the Hill Country’s premier vineyard, “Grape Creek Vineyards.” Too, it was a thrill meeting your friend “Ivan.” The wine and food was fabulous. Of course, the vineyard was way above the rest. Laurina and I look forward to returning to Grape Creek Vineyards in the future. And then you introduced us to La Bergerie. What a delight it was to enjoy a brilliant bottle of Bordeaux and along with delicious tasty treats. We have to state Lindsey, you spoiled us rotten! Her knowledge extends to knowing who in the surrounding areas to contact when the new homeowner has questions; she was able to assist other, less-knowledgeable selling agents while keeping us calm at the same time. Lindsey is brilliant and witty. She is very knowledgeable with land, animals, and location of properties compared to other hunting properties around the area. Lindsey is well-spoken, dressed for the occasion, willingness to go showing property (not afraid to get dirty showing property) prepared with maps, survey, topo maps and the ability to read all the maps and explain maps to us, knowable about value of animals a fellow hunter and competitive shooter and good looking too. We told her she was not going to make a sale anytime soon because we had to sell our place before we could afford to buy and she still took time to show us every property she thought would fit our needs. I am in a wheelchair, so I had special needs and requirements she heard my needs and provided everything needed for me. Not only did she find our needs she has sent us customers and helpers when possible.
Lindsey Hollin was exceptional. My wife and I are blessed and grateful we found her. First, she found properties that met our needs. Second, she spent many hours showing us the properties and walking the properties with us. Lindsey answered all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she said they would find out the answer and get back with us. Every time she did-whether, it was water well questions, or septic questions, or Internet provider questions. Third, Lindsey followed through during the entire real estate transaction. Never did I feel left out of the loop. Lindsey Hollin is exceptional and does her job really well.
